A Different Kind of Coach
Most of my clients come to me when their old strategies stop working.
They’re successful, respected, and relied upon—but quietly running on fumes. Something feels misaligned. They want clarity, balance, or a new path, but they don’t know where to begin.
That’s where I come in. Not as a cheerleader or checklist enforcer, but as a strategic partner. Someone who can see what you can’t—yet. Someone who’s done the work, personally and professionally, and is here to help you do yours.
My Approach
I’m a social psychologist and executive advisor with a background in leadership identity, organizational transformation, and resilience. But I’m also someone who has moved through burnout, reinvention, and grief—and come out more grounded, honest, and aligned.

I created the Strategic Identity Shift™ and Strategic Leadership Shift™ frameworks to help leaders and teams move beyond performance pressure and into powerful clarity. Because I’ve seen what happens when alignment replaces overfunctioning. It’s not just leadership, it’s liberation.

I’ve built Level 42 Consulting to be a space where growth is grounded, strategic, and deeply personal.
Outside of work, I’m a mom and wife, a reader, a breast cancer survivor, a dancer, a goofball, and someone who genuinely loves this work. I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in helping them remember who they are.
